Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician sought for a physician-owned, physician-governed multi-specialty group in Silverdale, WA. Role offers a 50%-50% mix of OB and GYN with a Monday–Friday schedule, 1:7 call (county call 1:10), and an average of 18–25 clinical patients per day. Work at a single clinical site and a hospital with a Level 2 NICU, in the same building. Eligible for shareholder status after 2 years, with a 2-year guaranteed salary plus productivity bonus potential. Signing and relocation bonuses, generous CME allowance, comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, HSA/HRA, vacation, CME, sick leave, 401(k) with profit sharing, AD&D, LTD), and competitive compensation totaling $345k–$365k plus bonus.
