Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician sought for a physician-owned, physician-governed multi-specialty group in Silverdale, WA. Role provides a 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology with a Monday–Friday schedule, 1:7 call plus county call (1:10). Clinic operates at one site with a Level 2 NICU hospital in the same building; average 18–25 clinical patients per day. Compensation includes a 2-year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential, eligibility to become a shareholder after 2 years, signing and relocation bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and CME allowance. Opportunity to join a long-established practice (est. 1945) near Seattle in the Kitsap Peninsula, with affiliation to Virginia Mason Franciscan Health network.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- MD or DO degree
- State medical license or eligibility (Washington)
