Job Summary
Board-eligible/board-certified OB/GYN physician sought to join a physician-owned multi-specialty group west of Seattle in Silverdale, WA. 50% OB and 50% GYN mix in a single-site, with one hospital and a Level 2 NICU in the same building. Regular Monday–Friday schedule with 1:7 call plus county call (1:10). Expected 18–25 clinical patients per day. Opportunity for shareholder status after 2 years, plus signing and relocation bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Flexible compensation with a guaranteed salary and productivity bonus potential; generous CME allowance. Experience within outpatient OB/GYN practice in a collaborative physician-governed environment preferred.
