Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician needed for a board-eligible/board-certified Obstetrics & Gynecology role in a physician-owned, physician-governed multi-specialty group. 50%-50% mix of OB and GYN with a Monday–Friday schedule, 1:7 call plus county call (1:10), and an average of 18-25 clinical patients per day. Work at one clinical site and one hospital with a Level 2 NICU, all in the same building. Eligible for shareholder status after 2 years; 2-year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential. Comprehensive benefits, signing and relocation bonuses, CME allowance. Located in Silverdale, WA, west of Seattle, in the Kitsap Peninsula area. Total compensation for this full-time position ranges from $345,000 to $365,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
