Job Summary
OB/GYN physician sought to join The Doctors Clinic’s Women’s & Children’s Clinic in Silverdale, WA. This 50/50 OB/GYN role works a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:7 call mix and county call of 1:10, handling a high-volume practice of 18–25 clinical patients per day across one clinical site and a hospital with a level 2 NICU. The physician-led, physician-owned multi-specialty group offers a 2-year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential, eligibility to become a shareholder after 2 years, generous CME, signing and relocation bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a strong community footprint west of Seattle. Total compensation is described as salary plus bonus potential, with full-time eligibility for benefits. Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act compliant.
