Job Summary
Join The Doctors Clinic as an OB/GYN physician in Silverdale, WA, with a 50% OB / 50% GYN mix, Monday–Friday schedule, 1:7 call plus county call at 1:10, and an average of 18-25 clinical patients per day. Work at one clinical site and one hospital with a Level 2 NICU located in the same building. Physician-owned and physician-governed outpatient multispecialty group offering a 2-year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential and eligibility to become a shareholder after 2 years. Excellent comprehensive benefits, signing and relocation bonuses, generous CME allowance. Established since 1945 in the Puget Sound region, with partnership opportunities within a large network and PSA agreement. Total compensation is contingent on full-time employment and internal equity considerations.
