Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician sought by Gould Medical Group in Stockton, CA. BE/BC OB/GYN physicians needed with Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics training. Role includes a base salary around $399,519 with a two-year salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, and loan/mortgage assistance up to $200,000. Residency stipend available and RVU-based compensation starting in year 2, plus RVU bonus potential during the guarantee. EHR is Epic. Benefits include CME allowance, 401(k) with profit sharing, malpractice and tail coverage, and relocation assistance. Average clinic volume is ~30 patients per day with APC support for surgeries; practice features a rapidly growing, stable group with opportunities in a facility offering a mix of surgical and clinical duties.
