Job Summary
BE/BC OB/GYN physicians sought for a growing Gould Medical Group in Stockton, CA. Compensation includes starting base salary of $399,519 with a two-year salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, loan or mortgage assistance up to $200,000, residency stipend option, RVU-based pay from year 2, and RVU bonus potential during the guarantee. Requires Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics training. Typical clinic load is about 30 patients per day with APC support for surgeries; Epic EHR used. Benefits include 12% 401(k) gift, shareholder track, CME allowance, comprehensive health/dental/vision/life/disability, malpractice with tail coverage, annual profit sharing for shareholders, and an Individual Performance Bonus. Relocation assistance is offered, with a centrally located area near Bay Area amenities and outdoor recreation.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC OB/GYN physicians
- Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics trained
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Ability to perform clinic and surgical duties with APC support
- EHR: Epic
- RVU based compensation model starting year 2
- Two-year salary guarantee
