Job Summary
Conduct daily obstetrics and gynecologic surgery and outpatient medicine in a physician-owned collaborative of five independent practices. Manage shared call coverage within rotation pools ranging 1:5-1:11 to maintain work-life balance. Deliver patient-centered care across expanded services including maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, and pelvic floor physical therapy while mentoring within a supportive environment. Pursue specialized interests and long-term growth on a clear partnership track with productivity-based incentives and signing bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Strong clinical skills in obstetrics, gynecologic surgery and outpatient medicine
- Interest in a long-term commitment to a physician-owned model
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to lifelong career development, continued medical education, and the ability to adapt to medical advancements
