Job Summary
OB/GYN physician to join Optum CA in Mission Hills, Northridge, or Pasadena. Clinic-based ambulatory OB/GYN practice with deliveries and surgeries performed at nearby hospital/ASC. Manage routine well-woman exams, prenatal/family planning care, and obstetric/gynecologic conditions in a collaborative, autonomous setting. Clinic schedule is Monday–Friday with a 5-person call rotation; emphasis on delivering high-quality women’s health care with a dedicated care team. Average patient load listed as 18–20 per day across sites. Requires medical degree (MD/DO/MBBS), board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN, CA license and DEA eligibility, and active BLS. Salary range provided: $291,500–$501,000 with potential bonus and incentive programs.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.) or MBBS
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Valid DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active BLS certification
