Ob/Gyn physician opportunity with Unified Women's Healthcare affiliated with RWJ Ob-Gyn Associates in Kendall Park, NJ. The practice provides comprehensive women's health services including OB/GYN care and minimally invasive surgery with cutting-edge laparoscopic procedures, supported by a large teaching hospital and 24/7 Level III NICU, OB hospitalists, and OB residents. The current team comprises 9 physicians with shared call (call from home) and a three-office footprint (Kendall Park, Lakewood, Manalapan). Compensation starts at $275,000 based on experience, with CME reimbursement up to $3,000 per year, and a 3–5 week PTO package; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k with matching, disability coverage, company-paid life insurance, and malpractice coverage.
