Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive women's health services including office visits, deliveries, and surgical procedures, performing a full range of GYN procedures such as minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries. Collaborate with specialists in GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU for integrated care while engaging in patient assessments, care planning, gap identification, and personalized care education to empower patients to take charge of their health journey. One weekday call shift per week and one weekend call shift per month (subject to change based on business need). Work alongside an experienced provider offering direct supervision and mentorship, with all surgical operations accompanied by an experienced physician.

Required Qualifications

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
  • Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Must be able to work in a team-based care environment
  • Must be comfortable delegating and empowering teams
  • Must be constantly seeking better ways to do things
  • Must be seeking a practice focused on patient-centered quality care, not volume
  • Must practice evidence-based medicine
  • Must be available for one weekday call shift per week and one weekend call shift per month
  • Must be able to perform a full range of GYN procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries
  • Must be able to deliver comprehensive women's health services including office visits, deliveries, and surgical procedures
  • Must be able to collaborate with specialists in GYN-Oncology, Perinatology, and NICU for integrated care
  • Must be able to engage in patient assessments, care planning, gap identification, and personalized care education

  • Must be able to work alongside an experienced provider offering direct supervision and mentorship
  • Must be able to ensure support and collaboration in every procedure
  • Must be able to obtain a drug test before beginning employment
