OB/GYN Physician

Provide obstetrical and gynecological care to patients, including comprehensive physical examinations, ordering and performing therapeutic procedures (injections, immunizations, basic wound care), counseling on treatment regimens, growth and development, family planning, and health maintenance. Develop and implement patient management plans, follow hospitalized patients as appropriate, document progress notes, and contribute to continuity of care. Gain competence in the Electronic Medical Record System and handle billing submissions at office visits. The role supports a full-time OB/GYN practice affiliated with Women's Health Connecticut, with equal call responsibilities and coverage across two office locations. Must have experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health, hold an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, be board certified or board eligible, hold a Connecticut license, possess Federal and State controlled substance licenses, have BLS certification, and be eligible for hospital privileges.
