Job Summary
Board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN physician sought to join Mary Washington Medical Group in a hybrid mix of outpatient and inpatient duties, including OB Hospitalist coverage. Responsibilities include managing menstrual disorders, infertility, menopause, gynecologic cancers, comprehensive prenatal/intrapartum/postpartum care, routine preventive exams, contraception and family planning education, and a range of gynecologic procedures (e.g., cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries). Collaborative care with nurses, midwives, pediatricians, and other subspecialists is emphasized. Requirements: ACGME-accredited U.S. residency, MD or DO, Virginia license and DEA registration, and strong clinical judgment with excellent communication and teamwork. Required Qualifications
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited U.S. residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- MD or DO degree
- Ability to obtain a Virginia medical license and DEA registration
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach
