Job Summary
OB/GYN Physician role in south Boston area hospital. 4-day work week with a 50/50 mix of OB and GYN duties, 2 call days per month, and strong support staff including MFM, REI, and gynecologic oncology. Opportunity to work with a robotic system anticipated in early 2026, and a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on, relocation, and substantial PTO. Ideal candidate will have obstetrics and gynecology training, be board-certified/eligible, and be willing to relocate to the Plymouth/Boston area. This position emphasizes high-quality patient care in a hospital setting with opportunities across OB/GYN services, maternity care, and related subspecialties. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO in obstetrics/gynecology
- board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
- ability to perform OB and GYN duties
- licensure in Massachusetts or ability to obtain
- relocation willingness
- 4-day work week flexibility
- call responsibilities (2 days per month)
- experience with high-volume OB/GYN settings
- familiarity with multidisciplinary teams (MFM, REI, gynecologic oncology)
