Job Summary
OB/GYN physician join Advocate Health’s physician-led group in Oshkosh, WI. Team includes 4 physicians and 5 midwives with 4-day work schedule, ~6 call days/month, and a primary office attached to the hospital. Opportunity to access subspecialists (Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology) and care within a Level 2 NICU. Competitive salary range ($395,494-$431,999) with $30K sign-on bonus and $95K student loan forgiveness; relocation assistance up to $12,000; comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, life, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with company contributions, parental leave, and CME allowance. Oshkosh is located in Northeast Wisconsin near Lake Winnebago; Advocate Health is a large nonprofit integrated health system across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active medical license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain
- Experience in obstetric and gynecologic care preferred
- Ability to work in a physician-led medical group
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
