Job Summary
Deliver full-spectrum OB/GYN services, including prenatal and postnatal care, labor and delivery, gynecologic surgeries, and treatment for reproductive health conditions. Provide care in both clinical and operational settings to ensure the readiness, well-being, and reproductive health of service members and their families. Practice nationwide across locations including California, Illinois, Washington, Florida, South Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia. The U.S. Navy Medical Corps offers a $400,000 accession bonus, $60,000 specialty incentive pay, and $8,000 board certification pay alongside exceptional benefits such as full retirement, 30 days PTO, and 12 weeks of paid maternity leave. No insurance admin or billing pressures exist; focus solely on quality care in state-of-the-art facilities with robust support.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO (or ECFMG Certified)
- Completion of an ACGME accredited OB/GYN residency (or in final year)
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB/GYN (or in final year of residency
- U.S. Citizenship
- Up to age 57 (Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
