Manage 150 projected annual deliveries with a goal to increase to 220+ by 2026, utilizing two days of scheduled surgical block time and additional OR access for urgent cases. Provide call coverage of 10 days per month, with extra compensation for days beyond the threshold, while collaborating with an outpatient Nurse Practitioner to optimize clinical volume. Earn a competitive base salary up to $628,000, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus and quarterly RVU productivity incentives.
