OB/GYN Opportunity | Mississippi Gulf Coast

Conduct full-scope OB/GYN practice with access to minimally invasive and robotic surgery (Da Vinci) in a collaborative, no-hierarchy environment. Manage a 50/50 OB-GYN mix including deliveries, hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and LEEP procedures, utilizing dedicated OR block time and easy access to minor procedures on non-OR days. Provide surgical backup for all major cases within a team of five experienced physicians, supported by a Level II NICU and state-of-the-art birthing suites. The role features a 4-day workweek with a 1:5 call rotation and guaranteed post-call days off. Based in Pascagoula, Mississippi, the position offers a clear partnership track with equity opportunity after three years.
