Job Summary
OB/GYN locum-tenens physician needed for 24/7 on-site hospital coverage in Petersburg, VA with a 1:4 call ratio. Responsibilities include comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care during 7am-7am shifts, with clinic hours from 8:30am to 3pm (lunch 12-1). Board certification and prescriptive authority are mandatory. Documentation must be maintained in electronic medical records. Support staff include OBHG hospitalists, surgical assistants, and 3-4 nurses per shift. Assignment type is Inpatient; location is on-site in Petersburg, VA (also Dillwyn, VA regional placement).
