Job Summary
Obtain locum-tenens coverage as an MD for inpatient obstetrics/gynecology with 24-hour in-house call shifts. Responsibilities include responding to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies and maintaining continuous availability for cases requiring immediate intervention. Requires board certification and prescriptive authority, with five shifts per month. Independent clinician with hospitalists backing up midwives and family practice, delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services in an in-patient setting. Location is Vancouver, WA, on-site; shift type is in-house call with 7 deliveries per hospitalist monthly average and no remote work.
Required Qualifications
- MD degree
- Board-certified in obstetrics/gynecology
- Prescriptive authority
- 5 shifts per month
