Job Summary
Provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage through in-house call shifts of 12 or 24 hours at a 470-bed facility in Canton, Ohio. Manage obstetric hospital patients, OBED cases, and an expected volume of 1-3 deliveries per shift with 6-8 patients in the OBED. Maintain continuous on-site availability throughout each designated coverage period while completing all clinical documentation using EPIC EMR. In-house anesthesia and NP/PA first assist support are available to clinicians throughout all assigned coverage periods.
Required Qualifications
- MD
- Board Certification
- Full scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage
- In-house call shifts of 12 or 24 hours
- Managing obstetric hospital patients
- OBED cases
- 1-3 deliveries per shift
- 6-8 patients in the OBED
- Continuous on-site availability throughout each designated coverage period
- Clinical documentation using EPIC EMR
