Job Summary
Provide 24-hour inpatient obstetric and gynecologic call coverage with shifts running from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM at a 25-bed facility in North Carolina. Manage vaginal and cesarean deliveries with a monthly volume of 28-34 cases, ensuring response to the hospital within 20 minutes and completing orientation the day before or morning of the first shift. Perform all clinical documentation using EPIC EMR without ICU responsibilities or code response. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required. Assignments include specific dates in October, November, and December 2026, with two weekends in November.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Must be prepared to respond to the hospital within 20 minutes
- Must complete orientation the day before or the morning of the first shift
- All clinical documentation is completed using EPIC EMR
- Must be available for 24-hour shifts
- Must be available for shifts running from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM
- Must be available for vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Must be available for inpatient obstetric and gynecologic call coverage
- Must be available for an assignment in North Carolina
- Must be available for the dates: 10/2/2026 (8am) - 10/5/2026
- Must be available for the dates: 10/30 - 11/2/2026
- Must be available for the dates: 12/11 - 12/14/2026
- Must be available for the dates: 12/18 - 12/21/2026
- Must be available for two weekends in November
