Board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN sought to lead a clinical team in a private office setting affiliated with Stony Brook Medicine. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients as the team leader, taking histories, performing exams, developing and implementing care plans, providing patient education, prescribing medications, documenting in the EMR, and supervising staff. Shared night and weekend call coverage, adherence to HIPAA, and meeting quality benchmarks are expected.
