Job Summary
Provide 7-8 shifts of in-house OB Hospitalist coverage for a 24-hour labor and delivery unit. Manage labor and delivery patients, obstetrical emergencies, and inpatient gynecologic consultations while collaborating closely with community OB/GYN physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, anesthesiology, and neonatal teams. Support the growing women's services program within a respected health system featuring a Level III NICU and Da Vinci Xi surgical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
- Strong clinical skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Provide 7-8 shifts (24-hour) in-house OB Hospitalist coverage
- Manage labor and delivery patients
- Manage obstetrical emergencies
- Provide inpatient gynecologic consultations
