Job Summary
Manage both routine and high-risk labor and deliveries in a 100% inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist role. Perform cesarean sections, vaginal births, and emergent gynecologic procedures; provide OB/GYN inpatient consultations and ED evaluations; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; document care in the EMR; contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Board-certified/eligible OB/GYN with an active AZ license or eligibility, and completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency are required. Inpatient schedule includes 7 in-house 24-hour shifts per month or 12-hour day/night shifts, with a sign-on and relocation bonus.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- US-based OB/GYN residency required
