Job Summary
Caring for all pregnant women who present emergently, regardless of circumstance, including evaluating triage patients, monitoring labor, delivering babies, performing surgery, and treating postpartum patients. Provide consultation to the ED, support private practice physicians with coverage and assistance, and cultivate relationships with staff nurses and hospital personnel. Deliver babies, perform surgical assists, and provide nurse support and education. Work full-time with five to seven 24-hour shifts per month, guaranteed shifts, and a flexible schedule with no on-call duty or administrative responsibilities. Enjoy 20+ days off per month and unlimited medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
