Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity at NorthBay Health in Northern California. Role supports in-house 24-hour call with a collaborative team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals. The facility features a Level 3 NICU and a Baby-Friendly designation, with ~135 births per month. Requires MD or DO, OB/GYN residency, CA license, BLS/ACLS; NRP preferred. Compensation includes an income guarantee, sign-on bonus, relocation up to $20,000, residency stipend, retention bonus, and productive-potential incentives. EMR experience (Cerner, transitioning to EPIC) and strong obstetrics/gynecology clinical and surgical skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid and active medical license in California
- BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred
