Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity in Northern California at NorthBay Health between San Francisco and Sacramento. Practice in a 154-bed facility with a Level 3 NICU and a 24-hour in-house call schedule. Requires MD/DO with OB/GYN residency, CA medical license, and BLS/ACLS (NRP preferred). EMR: Cerner transitioning to EPIC by 10/2026. Employed with an income guarantee of $436,800, sign-on up to $50k, relocation up to $20k, residency stipend up to $24k, retention bonus from year 2, and a 5% quality incentive program starting in year 3. Includes comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team. Residency graduates considered; 1 year of experience preferred. NorthBay Health serves Napa, Solano, and Yolo counties and offers Magnet-designated nursing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Training: Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Licensure: Valid and active medical license in California
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience preferred, though recent residency graduates will also be considered
