Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity at NorthBay Health in Northern California between the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Sacramento. Practice as an OB/GYN Hospitalist with a 24-hour in-house call schedule at a 154-bed hospital featuring a Level 3 NICU and a Baby-Friendly designation. The role supports a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice professionals, with EMR systems Cerner transitioning to EPIC in 10/2026, and ~135 births per month. Qualifying candidates hold an MD or DO, completed an OB/GYN residency, and possess or are eligible for California medical licensure; BLS and ACLS are required, with NRP preferred. Employed compensation includes an income guarantee with potential sign-on, relocation help, residency stipend, retention bonus, and performance-based incentives, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid and active California medical license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
