Job Summary
OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity at NorthBay Health in Northern California (San Bruno area), offering full-time or part-time positions with a 24-hour in-house call. Requires an MD or DO with an accredited OB/GYN residency and CA medical license; board certification/eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology; BLS/ACLS (NRP preferred). The hospital delivers over 1,000 births annually with a Level 3 NICU staffed by board-certified neonatologists, and uses Cerner with a planned EPIC transition in 10/2026. The role supports a Baby-Friendly environment with strong EMR proficiency, collaborative team, and competitive compensation including income guarantee, sign-on bonus up to $50k, relocation up to $20k, residency stipend, retention bonus, and a quality incentives program. Required Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Training: Accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Licensure: Valid and active medical license in California
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience preferred, though recent residency graduates will also be considered
