OB/GYN Hospitalist & Leadership Opportunities | Springfield, MO | FlexibleSchedule

Care for all pregnant women presenting emergently, deliver babies, perform gynecologic procedures, and provide emergency department consultations while supporting private practice physicians and unassigned patients. Collaborate with nursing teams, participate in patient safety initiatives, and mentor residents and students. Site Directors additionally oversee schedule staffing, lead quality improvement efforts, and partner with hospital leadership to maintain operational excellence. Full-time physicians complete a minimum of five 24-hour shifts monthly with flexible scheduling and no clinic or call responsibilities. Compensation includes a $210/hr base rate with sign-on bonuses, paid malpractice insurance, and CME allowance.
