Manage births in partnership with Certified Nurse Midwives, covering all GYN ED phone calls, consults, admissions, and emergent surgeries. Perform GYN procedures and surgeries as needed to ensure smooth inpatient care. Maintain continuous 24/7 coverage as one of two providers on duty, with access to Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists for high-risk transfers.
