Job Summary
OB/GYN sought for hospital-employed position in The Shoals area (Florence, AL) with a newly renovated Women’s Center featuring a Da Vinci robotic system and dedicated C-section/recovery suite. Schedule Mon–Thu and half-day Friday with ~20 patients/day; call 1 in 5. Compensation includes stipend, signing bonus, loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits (CME, malpractice with tail, PSLF eligible). Cerner EMR; Level 2 Nursery. Ideal for a patient-focused OB/GYN committed to a busy, team-based practice in a scenic river-region setting.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO licensed to practice obstetrics and gynecology in Alabama
- board-certified/board-eligible in OB/GYN
- hospital-employed setting experience preferred
- Da Vinci Robotic, C-section capability
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- ability to manage a busy clinic with ~20 patients/day
- availability for 1 in 5 call
- week schedule Mon-Thu plus half-day Friday
- USMLE-style board certification not required here but license required
- commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
