Job Summary
OB/GYN Generalist needed for full-time role in Potsdam, NY. Join a team of 5 MDs, 3 CNMs, and 3 APPs with Epic EMR, and a call rotation of at least 1:4. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Opportunity to support community health with board-eligible or board-certified obstetrics and gynecology candidates. Includes signing bonus ($60k–$70k), relocation assistance up to $15k, CME support ($4k annually), licensure/dues assistance, 240 hours of benefit time, and comprehensive malpractice tail coverage; RRH affiliation and hospital network backing available.
Required Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) or Board Certified (BC) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- 5 MDs, 3 CNMs, 3 APPs (practice structure)
- EMR System: Epic
- Call Coverage: 1:4 minimum
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
- Signing Bonus: $60,000 - $70,000
- Licensing & Dues: $2,000
- Benefit Time: 240 hours per year
- Malpractice Insurance: Claims-made with tail coverage

Desired Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- MD/DO license to practice medicine in NY
- Epic EMR experience
- Ability to obtain licensing & dues
