OB/GYN

Conduct obstetrics and gynecologic care in a private practice with a 50/50 patient split, focusing on personalized health care and direct patient interaction during deliveries. Manage labor and delivery coverage by overseeing four patients on busiest call days, while handling ER calls exclusively for our own patients from home. Maintain a 4-4.5 day work week with a 1:4 call rotation, including two additional days off per month and four weeks of vacation. The practice operates out of a single hospital, with the office located two miles away, and offers an autonomous partnership track with full schedule control.
