OB/GYN Department Manager

Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the OB/GYN department, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflows and high patient satisfaction. Maximize patient flow and provider efficiency while minimizing wait times, and coordinate care with hospitals and partner facilities. Supervise all staff for smooth operations and quality care, manage medical supply requisitions, and maintain equipment functionality. Serve as the primary liaison between the department and billing, IT, and other internal teams. Ensure clinical program goals and departmental performance objectives are met.
