Job Summary
OB/GYN physician providing obstetrics and gynecology care in clinic and in surgery with no call and no vaginal deliveries. Full-time 4-day or 5-day work week with one day dedicated for GYN surgeries (EMBs, Colposcopies, LEEPs, etc.), ultrasound in clinic, access to contraceptives in clinic, and on-site pharmacy. Role involves delivering care through AltaMed's Team-Based Care Model, managing an active clinic panel, cross-coverage, peer review, CME, and collaboration with site leadership; requires CA medical license, US-accredited medical education, residency in OB/GYN, and board certification or eligibility, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- US medical degree
- Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or equivalent)
- CA medical license (unrestricted)
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
- Current BLS Certification
- Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
