Manage obstetrics and gynecology services across a standalone Women's and Children's Center and Labor & Delivery unit, handling approximately 675 annual deliveries, 10 operating rooms, and 2 DaVinci robotic systems. Provide full-spectrum care including maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology, fertility testing, and mammography while coordinating with a Level III NICU, in-house CRNAs, and regional transfer teams for 15+ rural counties. Operate within a 4-day work week with 1:4 call from home, supported by Epic EMR, robust specialty coverage, and a culturally sensitive native American program.
