OB/GYN – 4-Day Workweek | Los Angeles & Orange Counties

Manage full-scope obstetrics, gynecology, and surgery across clinic, delivery, and operating room settings with approximately 25 scheduled patients per clinic day. Operate on a 4-day workweek comprising three clinic days and one hospital/OR day, supported by a large clinical and administrative team. Maintain a 1:7 call ratio with dedicated laborist support while earning competitive compensation that increases based on experience and qualifies for a quality-based bonus structure.
