OB/GYN (4 Day Work Week)

Provide comprehensive primary OB/GYN care and traditional surgical gynecology services. Maintain a balanced 4-day work week consisting of three clinic days and one operating room day. Split call coverage evenly among four providers, with Certified Nurse Midwives managing most vaginal deliveries and primary call. Utilize advanced technology, including access to the DaVinci robotic system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Lactation Consultants and Pelvic Floor Therapists to support patients. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
