Manage high-acuity obstetric anesthesia care in a collaborative OB team, handling an average of 250-300 births monthly across two operating rooms and eight labor rooms. Perform approximately three c-sections and four epidurals daily while maintaining full clinical autonomy in a 355-bed regional medical center. Support a diverse anesthesia department managing 14,300 annual cases including cardiac, GI, and interventional procedures alongside resident training. Full-time or part-time roles available with a 2-year commitment for the $40,000 sign-on bonus. Requires 2+ years of experience, prior OB exposure, and board certification.
