Job Summary
OB Clinical Instructor provides direct supervision and instruction to nursing students during clinical rotations in obstetric care settings (labor and delivery, postpartum, antepartum, newborn). Responsibilities include supervising, mentoring, and evaluating students; teaching best practices in obstetric/nursery nursing; ensuring compliance with OB policies; providing timely feedback; collaborating on OB curriculum and incorporating evidence-based perinatal and newborn care; serving as liaison between ICHS, clinical sites, and students; participating in faculty meetings and professional development; and handling administrative duties such as attendance and evaluations. Requires BSN, 4+ years RN experience with obstetric nursing preferred, and an unencumbered Florida/Compact RN license; on-site role in Margate, FL with evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered Florida or Compact State RN License
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience as an RN
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school

- Must reside within commuting distance of Margate, Florida
- This is not a remote position; on-site presence at OB clinical locations is required
