OB APRN

Oversee clinical nursing care and direct supervision of Pro-time Nurses, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality assurance, and accurate medical record documentation. Collaborate with Quality and Branch Satellite Directors on departmental goals, policies, and patient-centered initiatives. Develop work prioritization guidelines, manage clinical staff recruitment and competency testing, and establish efficient patient flow systems. Approve medical supply inventory, maintain office standards, and handle patient, doctor, and staff complaints. Complete incident reports and lead fire, tornado, and Code Blue drills. Requires a BSN, Florida APRN license, five years of nursing experience including two years supervisory, and primary care board certification.
