Job Summary
lead an obstetric anesthesia program at a Level I Trauma Center in the Phoenix area, overseeing an experienced team of anesthesiologists. The role targets BE/BC Anesthesiologists with leadership capabilities to guide a growing OB service, alongside a new residency program launch. Offers flexible scheduling (3 weeks on, 1 week off, 16 shifts per month), competitive base pay with opportunities for extra-shift compensation, sign-on and relocation support starting at $50,000, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, malpractice with tail, CME allowance, and 401k with match.
