Job Summary
Greet members and guests promptly, manage reservations and seating, and maintain an organized dining-room entrance. Escort guests to tables, distribute covers evenly among servers, and communicate accurate wait times while keeping waiting guests informed. Answer telephone calls professionally, assist with special occasions and dietary needs, and respond to concerns by involving a manager when appropriate. Perform other duties that support exceptional member and guest service as assigned by the Dining Room Manager or Food and F&B leadership. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to learn reservation and Point of Sale systems
- Commitment to providing personalized, detail-oriented service
- Previous customer service, restaurant, hotel, resort, or private-club experience preferred
