Job Summary
Manage daily gatekeeping of DBHIDS-funded recovery house referrals by logging, troubleshooting, and tracking data in the referral pool. Field calls and emails regarding referrals and the Recovery House Initiative while completing the Daily Census and assisting with Low Demand Bed placement. Prepare reports including monthly concurrent reviews and site visit documents, and manage schedules, agendas, and minutes for unit meetings. Collaborate with DBHIDS units and external city partners to support operations, track training for new personnel, and assist with HMIS/CEABRS adherence, licensing requirements, and DDAP reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the Philadelphia Behavioral Health system and Recovery House/treatment system and all its components
- Ability to connect with all levels within provider agencies: direct services, supervisory and management personnel and effectively communicate the policy and direction of the Department
- Ability to work independently/responsibly, with close attention to detail
- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple requests in various stages of workflow
- Strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility while managing multiple projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent telephone/video conferencing manner
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in changing priorities
- Ability to learn quickly
- Time management skills
- High School diploma and working on Associates degree and two years working for a business, non-project or government entity
