Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the store team supporting customer service, sales, store maintenance, cash procedures, replenishment, and safety. You will build customer relationships, represent the store and Kitchen Stuff Plus, follow productivity standards, resolve customer matters, maintain knowledge of product selection and promotions, work with team members to achieve store goals, complete cash transactions, and assist with shipping/receiving while adhering to health and safety policies and participating in in-store and online experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Ladder use up to 10 feet
- Stand/walk for 8 hours
- Flexibility in scheduling including extended days, evenings and weekends
- Work additional shifts during peak holiday season
