Vacuum, mop, and polish all entrances, floors, elevators, restrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas while dusting furniture, molding, and woodwork. Empty trash containers daily and clean windows, mirrors, and pictures throughout the community. Maintain a safe workplace by reporting unsafe conditions and adhering to all safety policies. Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and a "can do" attitude to meet performance goals and complete tasks efficiently. Attend mandatory trainings, staff meetings, and other required department events.
