Job Summary
Greet every customer, maintain eye contact, and acknowledge those waiting in line while mastering the menu to suggest add-ons and personalize recommendations. Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, refreshers, toppings, snacks, beverages, and specials with excellent quality and presentation, operating the POS system accurately to handle payments with integrity. Set up the store, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and follow sanitation procedures throughout the shift. Restock items, receive vendor orders, inspect deliveries for accuracy, and manage inventory using FIFO. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, while wearing the uniform and adhering to brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Flexible availability
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to obtain a Food Handler Certificate
- Ability to use scheduling apps such as 7Shifts
- Be able to handle and lift boxes with 20-30 lbs
- High school or equivalent
- at least 6 months: 1 year
